Any disputes or claim which may arise while using Ekshot services or products sold by Ekshot will be resolved by mutual consultation of both the Parties, failing which the dispute shall be referred to Arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by joint consent of the Parties. The Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any amendment made to it subsequently. The place of Arbitration shall be at New Delhi/Mumbai.
